Here’s the recipe for the ‘Spaghett’ beer recipe on the Twin Cities Live today! Use fresh squeezed lemons when you can, the bottled lemon juice works well but doesn’t taste quite as fresh.
This recipe was a feature in Bon’ Appetit in 2019. I narrowed it today to pair with my chocolate chili.
1 12-ounce Miller High Life, or similar light beer of choice
1.5 ounces Aperol 0.5 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
Steps Add all listed ingredients to a pint glass & stir to combine. OR, take a swig or two out of the beer, then pour the Aperol & lemon juice directly in the beer bottle.
You can also combine 1 1/2 cups Aperol with 1/2 cup lemon juice in a jar or pitcher & stir to combine for a larger batch.
You can keep the mix in the fridge for up to 1 week.
