Flåm Burgers + Lingonberry Bars

So many people are requesting recipe's from yesterdays episode on Twin Cities Live I am including them here! Inspired completely by my travel to Flåm, Norway. I stayed at the Flåmsbrygga Hotel, which had a little restaurant and brewery that served a Big Mac style hamburger, but it was made out of what I would consider more of a Bratwurst pork patty. (These brat burger patties are available at Anoka Meat & Sausage in Anoka, MN).
