CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN & OKTOBERFEST


This Sunday,10/19/25 stop by our food trailer at Heavy Rotation Brewing for an awesome

Sunday Funday, where we are cooking up our FAMOUS Smoked Brats. Join us at our grill in the parking lot right at Heavy Rotation from 1-5 pm, there is a FREE Meat Raffle 1-3 pm.

The Vikings game will be on, and there will open mic with Brenda B Sings from 3-6.

Halloween Charcuterie Board Recipe


To create the best Halloween charcuterie board, choose a color theme and use creative shapes and foods. Arrange various meats, cheese, fruits, vegetables, crackers, pretzels and nuts to create a visually appealing full board and add in festive props like carved out pumkins filled with dips like I did on Twin Cities Live. Be sure to watch the TV episode in the link above to hear more ideas. The 24" lazy susan board I used was filled with goodies made with Nordic Ware and their premade pumkin mixes and halloween-ware to make the version seen live.


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. purple seedless grapes

6 oz. blackberries

8 oz. dry appricots

1 container dill pickle pretzels from Anoka Meat & Sausage

1 row golden Oreos

6 oz. honey roasted almonds

1 small box Cheez Its

6 oz. caramel corn

1/2 lb. thin sliced hard salami from Anoka Meat & Sausage

1/2 lb. thin sliced cheddar cheese from Anoka Meats

1 small orange bell peppers

2 navel oranges, fruit peeled and seperated
